Avalon Public Facilities Services Prices

Dear Residents

We have since 2005 a maintenance fee of 6 baht per square meter on our projects. Currently the losses on these fees are between 100,000 and 150,000 baht per month. These losses in reality are higher as we do not succeed in getting everybody to pay yet. Also we have given serious price reductions at the end of last year.

The higher losses make it difficult to function and it is therefore that we now call on you to quickly endorse a plan to make things better and the service sustainable.

In order to keep providing the services at a current level we need a price of at least 10 baht per square meter from January 1st, 2009 on.

We would like to call on you for the following favours;

1.       Allow Syncorp to charge the 10 baht from January 1st, 2009

2.       Allow Syncorp to charge the maintenance fee around November 1st 2008  and pay Syncorp not later than 15th November 2008

3.       Sign a petition to all non paying residents in which you strongly request them to pay their costs and NOT let the other residents be the victim of their unwillingness to pay.
