Payment Schedules
Payments will be made in five
equal steps of 20% of the total purchase price.
1) 20%
- Within 20 days of signing a reservation contract or a holding deposit
2) 20% - Day 40. The lease can now be registered and the building
license will be applied for.
3) 20%
- 70 days after signing the contract the building starts
4) 20%
- 150 days or 5 months after the contract. The roof is now on the building.
5) 20%
- 330 days. The house is finished and you pay the last instalment.
By paying the total sum within
three weeks of signing the contract, you will receive a 5% discount on the total
purchase price as you save us administration and interest.

On signing the Turn Key contract,
you make a choice in which currency you will pay. Once that choice is made, all
payments have to be made in this currency to the same account.
After receiving your payment we
will send you a confirmation of receipt. The email will only confirm the date
of receiving payment and the currency in order to protect your privacy.
Payments have to be received on or before the date the payment is
due.
Payments received later than the
agreed date will incur a 5% charge. Payments arriving up to 30 days late will
incur a further 15% charge.
If a payment is more than 30 days
late, all future payments are immediately due in addition to the 20% charges
mentioned above.
The builder has the right to halt
the construction due to late payments. If construction is halted the client will
be charged damages. |
